Do you know what to do after a water damage?

claudia kyre

1st Find what the water source loss is , if at all possible turn water off.

2nd Take photo's and document areas affected

3rd Get shop vacuum and suck up as much water as you can

4th Get a plumber out to make repair/clear drain back up

5th Call your insurance company to file a claim, know your coverage details. Sometimes customers find out they do not have sump pump or drain back-up coverage when they need it and end up having to pay for all the damages themselves.

6th Call Cemcare to assist you!  We want to prevent further damages from occuring!
